Title: NOS Seawolf Dial
Post by: CWuffPup on December 18, 2016, 12:51:43 PM
Hey everybody!
This is my first post, so I am not sure where to put it.
Today I saw a NOS Sea Wolf dial on eBay,  The listing has two errors, Big Ones.  But I thought someone may need this part.
Wrong brand, and Seawolf rather than Sea Wolf.  To search it, put in...

Zenith NOS Seawolf dial

That should get you there.
Cheers

There is a new eBay listing for a Sea Wolf dial in black.  I am not sure what these sell for, but it is $35.
Even though I am not looking for one myself.  The listing has two BIG errors.  Wrong brand and Seawolf instead of Sea Wolf.
Listed as:

Zenith NOS Seawolf dial,
Title: Got this old Zodiac

Hi All
New here and looking for some info about this old watch I bought.
It came as a non runner but just really wanted a good clean and service, it's running great now.
The case is in bad shape and the dial is fairly well aged although to me it looks alright. I was wondering how much of the watch is original. Would this be the original case do you think? It looks as if it would have been chrome plated but somehow I think it would not then have had gold coloured hands? I don't know. Is it worth getting replated or leave as is, if it's not the original case I can't see the point and the watch is a little bit small for me. Any info you can provide would be gratefully received. Oh and how old do you think it might be?
Many thanks all.
