Title: Vintage Zodiac Chrono Just Arrived
Post by: Mr Rick on May 24, 2012, 06:44:31 PM
I'd like to say hello as a new member. :D

My first Zodiac is a chronograph from the 70's. It measures 39mm x 42mm x 14mm. It is powered by a Valjoux based Cal. 7734 manual wind movement. More then that I do not know, but I'd be happy to learn. 8)

NICE  8)

I have the same one in my collection, and have always really liked the style of it.

A piece of its time... since the small white bars in the right sub-dial were to calculate 3-minute periods in telephone calls...

An archaelogical function, considered from today, but exactly for this, interesting to know.
