General Zodiac Discussion / Re: Ladies 10 diamond ID help

Just as Butch said, 1960s.  Cool design, not a common model and very reflective of the time.  Additionally, that is not an ebauche that I see in Zodiac ladies watches from that time period so that is a bit unusual as well.

That is from the 1960's. Nice condition it appears. Women's watches in general, and Zodiacs in particular, are simply not collected. So their value is only what the buyer is willing to pay or the scrap value of the gold.

Please read the Watch Repair tab before you wind it again!

General Zodiac Discussion / Ladies 10 diamond ID help
« Last post by JJ in Tampa Bay on August 11, 2018, 11:12:35 PM »
Hi all,

Hoping to get some information about this Zodiac I got from my mother. It is 14k white gold and 10 diamonds. Mechanical movement. Serial number is 3330284. Any information, year, model, value (aside from sentimental).  Wound it up and keeping good time.

Thanks,
JJ

Thank y’all! I am looking forward to learning more about these amazing watches. And I can’t wait to get my watch up and running properly with its new crystal and crown.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on first piece in collection.
Nice bulky Zodiac. Powered by Zodiac 76 caliber. Hacking second, date quick set.
I like it is in stainless steel. Usually I saw it in gold plated. Which is usually in very poor condition.
This one requires a new crystal and original signed crown though.
AAA+ piece.

Hello,  I am new to the forum and wanted to share my first Zodiac. I picked it up off of eBay for $60. From what I have found out about it, it is a 70s model dress watch. It seems to run pretty well except for the date not changing. It will be sent off to BWG for service. Let me know what y’all think!

No, they are not. Due to different design. Older bezels are friction fitted. Bakelite - spring loaded.

And, if so, are there any reliable places to get one. besides all out buying another wolf?
