Rotographics were all autos right?  "Roto" as in rotor?  This is a manual wind, that when they redid the dial the die they used  probably had Zodiac and Rotographic together, so they just threw them both on there.

Now, I happen to know the seller and have emailed him abut this. He is a very reputable seller so I am thinking it is a mistake in the listing, or  as UV points out about a possible redial, or perhaps the rotor assembly was scavenged for another watch.
