NOS Zodiac with Kreisler Band

I asked the seller before the auction ended what brand was the band. His response: "Kreisler Stelux" Stainless Steel, Made in Hong Kong.
It makes sense because I've seen several Kreisler bands with Zodiac signed clasps. Some were probably clasp swaps, but not all of them. I definitely don't believe this example has been swapped.

It is certainly possible. And if it was done with the ladies models it would have been done with the man's as well.

Who knows really? As you know, the bands do not matter to me. What I find irritating is that they often did not make identical models for the men and women. They would skimp along the way to save money. Case in point, take a look at the Astrographic and the Olympos in say the 71 catalog. Other companies go to great lengths to produce a matching set for both sexes.
