I have seen folks pay that and more for just the JB Champion Zodiac marked band.

I have paid $100 for a band before, not the same thing. A broken watch has to be fixed before you can wear it. Who starts it at $100? If it were a .99 cent auction that goes to $100 THAT is an entirely different matter.
