Titled a high-beat movement, but it's a cal. 70-72 with a standard balance wheel. Unless 21,600 bph is really high-beat.

Then, in the description, it's described as a high-beat, 28,800 bph movement. Uh, yeah. That's the one frequency that AS1687/1688 base never saw.
