An Even OLDER Zodiac

I thought I would show you a watch that just came back from BWG. He has done an outstanding job of restoring this FOUR DIGIT serial numbered Zodiac for me. You may remember my 72 year old model: http://www.vintagezodiacs.com/zforums/index.php/topic,2148.0.html that one has 5 digits.

When I bought this I bought it for the serial number and the fact that I had never seen this model before. It has a 30 MM case which was gigantic for back then. The blued hands have faded to a burnished rainbow look. The dial is in remarkable condition, given it age. A rarer thing with this model is that the entire case is stainless steel. An expensive option back then. I am not sure if the band is original, I cannot make out the name on it any longer. I do have other Zodiacs with this type of band made by Kreisler which Zodiac did use back then.

I know it is not a Sea Wolf, but it is the first in my collection with a 4 digit serial number. You guys just keep bypassing these types of Zodiacs so that I may pick them up.

As an aside, this is the oldest one: http://www.vintagezodiacs.com/p7lsm_img_2/fullsize/1921JumpHour_fs.jpg
