Old Zodiac - can I pick your collective brains?

Hi All,

I'm new here and don't know much about watches....  We found (amongst a lot of other items) an old Zodiac watch when clearing my great aunts house.  I have messaged Butch and he has been kind enough to tell me a bit about it (thanks!).  I understand it's from the 50s and we think it's a ladies watch. He also said the stones were probably added by the jeweller that sold it.

Rather than bug Butch with even more emails I thought I'd pop a post on here. Any advice/guidance/info would be much appreciated!

I'm struggling to find anything that refers to "De Luxe" online - is that what it says in the face or are my eyes deceiving me?

Was it common to have stones added? I wonder if they are valuable or just for show.

On the back it says Zodiac WSA - what does that bit stand for please?

Anyone have one of these all cleaned up so I can see what this would look like restored?

Thanks so much

Rachel
