Can some body pleas help me to date this watch?

Hi,
I bought this watch for a while as an early 90.
Still i think its looks more like the ones from the 70(the are around the crown) when i have search on the internet.
I also read a place that the read dots not was introduced to the markets before late 80, so i am a bit confused.
Any body that can help me to date the model? Model. nr 106.13.30

That model is in the 1991 catalog. I did not check all of them, it was the first one I grabbed.
