As Butch said, rare and hard to find.  That has the same FHF 29/53 caliber that was used in some of the other Jump Hours from the same period.  Parts are nearly impossible to find, I have looked for 3-4 years for a single part to finish a nearly Mido I have here.  So, if that one is running and keeping time it is a big plus.  The case on that one looks amazing, maybe the best I have seen.  The case could be a later replacement, but as many of the cases were unsigned as to company it would be hard to know.
