Zodiac Guardsman - 70-72 Movement

Hello folks,

I wonder if anyone can help me with a little problem I have acquired. I have a Guardsman with a 70-72 movement in it. Fairly standard for that model I think. It has 21 jewels but on the rotor it also says "7 Adjustments". I know the Kingline Chronometre models had these sort of adjustments but they were on the 88 movements. My question is were some Guardsmen models also chronometers or has the movement been dropped into this model from a different Zodiac model?

One for the guru's I expect.

Cheers,

According to my records, Guardsman and Goldenline were equipped sometimes with 21j chronometer grade movements. Both 70-72 and 72B.
