Another one takes the plunge

Having spent the last year or so contemplating Sea Wolfs in their various incarnations, I finally jumped in with both feet a couple of weeks ago courtesy of the very helpful YuriV. After a bit of a delay in UK Customs (which is only going to get worse after the Brexit idiocy), my Seawolf arrived on Monday. An early 70-72, 702-916 model, serial no 1,490,xxx, it wears its almost 60 years of quite lightly while avoiding being over restored or polished to death. I look forward to being part of the Zodiac family.

Thanks Butch, coming from you, that is quite a compliment. Very pleased with how it looks on the Tropic I managed to source for it . Supposedly this is a genuine 60

Finally figured out what the problem is. Posting from either my Mac or iPhone, if I use any punctuation other than commas, full stops or question or exclamation marks, the rest of the post from there, gets cut off. If I take these marks out then it works fine, so it must be something in the Mac coding for these glyphs that the forum doesnt like. At least I can work around this now.

Apple. Hrumpph. Er, um, I meant GREAT NEWS! Welcome aboard.

Haha. Been using Macs for 20 odd years as a designer, so I am kinda used to their foibles.
