Franken red point!!

Usually when we see butchered Zodiacs they tend to be vintage, this the first red point that that i have seen which made me go 

Where do we start, the crown , pushers, hands..aww go look for yourself..........

Thats it!! I'm putting down this crack pipe right now!!! , look at this red point from spain!!! ( yes , i spend all my time looking for zodiac 7750's) , again with the yellow seconds hands and two of the subdials, whats the story? , did they every come in this configuration or do some Europeans ( I'm Irish , so not technically European)  love painting stuff??? Anyone going to take a 800 dollar punt on this one?
