Is this band original to the Zodiac Chrono?

This auction closed but you can view the entire description and photos.  They claim the band is original to the watch.
Does anyone know if this is the case?  I have a catalog of these old Chronos and the band does not match to this version.
It looks like this band goes on a Sea Wolf.

Why I am asking is because I have the same watch and just today put on a Sea Wolf champion band with 19mm end pieces I found on bay.  I really like this band on the Chrono, but wanted to see if anyone thought this band ever came on this model.  Here is a pic.
