Butch - Here's a photo of my dad, Jim Summers, wearing the Sea Wolf that you currently have in your possession.  He died in 1985, and I think this Mexico fishing trip took place in the late '70's or early '80's.  This is taken on board a boat in the Sea of Cortez (Gulf of California) between the Mexican mainland and Baja California.

This is the photo that we displayed at Dad's memorial service, as it shows him doing something that he got a lot of enjoyment out of.

I hope this serves to place the watch in some context for you.

Your Father reminds me of my Daddy [also a hunter & fisherman]..Those tough guys from the 30's certainly had their rough spots. But no question about it- they're VINTAGE.
