There is a zodiac super sea wolf 75atm model on eBay.
Trying to figure out the fair value if I wanted to make an offer.
It's been serviced by iWC.
Any ideas? Thoughts?
It looks like no one wants to tackle this. Or maybe they simply were not given enough info to work with? I have to say, "It depends on its condition."
But the one you are looking at on eBay (yes, I finally found it) is not worth the $3K they are asking, not matter how much they may have overpaid for the service.
:agreei
Not worth that kind of money.
A few points:
-That is an original Zodiac band, but not the one that would have come on that watch
-That is not an original crown, you can tell it is not the correct shape
-The service was 4 years ago
The pro is that it appears to be in really nice condition, but for me personally, I do not like this ETA version of the Super Seawolf as much as I do the original AS ones.
Thank you for jumping in.
I bought it. It was nCmoto's ssw that he posted about on this board.
We came to a fair price or at least one I am happy with.
THe SSW arrived today.
It is one heck of a watch. NCMoto is a great guy to deal with.
I am now educating myself on SSWs and their history.
Sweet! A nice example.
My new Super Seawolf:
Sc,
Beautiful watch; enjoy it and :welc to Vintage Zodiacs!
