90's Zodiac?

I have a Zodiac "Swiss Formula" that sure looks like a Tag. I"m confused. Does anyone else have a similar watch? I don't know why the pics are squished.

I found these articles: https://wornandwound.com/zodiac-story-behind-curious-point-series/

https://forums.calibre11.com/threads/a-little-story-about-zodiac-and-tag-heuer.19046/

The two articles you link to sums up the info I have come across pretty well. As as indicated it is not the part of Zodiacs history that is best documented (not that earlier periods are covered much better) , so I doubt you'll find anything more specific than this. Mr. Monnier was the link between the brands in that period.

Thanks for the reply. The watch I have is NOS and I got it from the auction site. The seller has 60 or so 'vintage Zodiacs'. I had a similar Tag in the 90's.
