Matching Man and Woman Zodiac Astrographics Blue Stainless

Inherited from parents two Zodiac Astrographic (Man SST and woman) stainless steel watches with round blue face, floating dials, and all original parts including steel bracelets. Crystals are scratched though I suspect they can be buffed out. I am not a collector but simply interested in selling them if possible. Before I take them to a reputable watch repair  facility to be inspected, I'm wondering how much these might be worth to sell presuming all is well. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

As they are you could probably get a few hundred for the set. The crystals need to be replaced, they cannot be buffed. And they should be serviced before worn.

I'm not willing to replace the crystals though would have both watches evaluated by a certified watch repair facility and then desire to sell them. What would be the easiest and most secure way to do this without a great deral of effort? Thank you.
