A watch thats sat in my draw for over 20 years

Hi there,

This watch was given to me over 20 years ago.  Sadly it has never worked, so my questions are: Does it appear genuine? what is it? Is it worth fixing? and if so, how would I go around doing so?

Thank you!

Butch

That is from the 1990's collection and if you like it, sure. You can send me an email about this guy in the US, but any local watchmaker should be able to service it. Cosmetic parts can always be an issue, but not the movement itself.
