I think this is may be a made up dial. I've not seen it in any of the catalogs that I can remember and the case back looks like either a Golden or Kingline.
...I could be wrong.

The seller covered himself, check his disclaimer. "ANY IMPERFECTIONS VISIBLE IN THE PICTURES AND MISSED IN THE DESCRIPTION MUST BE IGNORED"  He's right on one count, it is a watch.  :lolz;
