Check out the last pic in the auction. Interesting ;)
So how many guys would remove the original dial on your Zodiac and replace it with a photo of wifey?
That could be a new standard for wives.."Am I Super Sea Wolf worthy or only Hermetic worthy?" :P

now  that is VERY weird !wonder what zodiac it used to be!? look at girls eyes--doesnt she look a little surprised or what. guess they broke up and he pawned the watch---? i thought i had seen it all but this proves me wrong.

zaniac

Yes, I've found it better not to educate my wife in which model Zodiac is more valuable than the next.
"What honey, no, any watch with the word 'Sea' in it, nobody wants. It was used for diving and they never work.
Sea Wolf, Super Sea Wolf, Sea Chron, they all have no value."
A BIG  ;)

I have a better line I use...

"What do you mean NEW? Honey, I have had this watch for years. C'mon, you remember when I bought this one in that yard sale for $2 and then had my guy fix it up."

Whew! I am glad you told me, I would hate to spill the beans and spoil anything for you in my next missive to her. I like you to much to ruin your watch collecting.

Yeah, with four letter works I am sure. Swears you were just fine until you got involved with me... right?

Mine goes something like: "Does you yelling at me constitute us TALKING? Do I get credit for this one? Hey! Can you get me a beer while you are out there Hon? And please don't throw it this time."

Yes, I have used this one a few times! "What, no, it isn't new. I just took it out of a different drawer to look at it."
