Re: Need help identifying a Zodiac?

I inherited a Zodiak watch from my father.  I believe he got it in the 1950's when he was serving in Germany.  It is an automatic calendar with a black face, serial # 1180548.    What I really need is more information on the watch and a manual to set it properly so that I can use it.

It has a Speidel  wrist band which I assume is not original.

He told me at one time that it was broken and too expensive for him to repair, but it has come to life again.  I am probably not going to become a long term member of this group, just looking for data and help with the watch.

Thanks.

Butch

Thanks for the information.  I will get it serviced before I do anything else.
