80's Astrographic?

Check this out; particularly the band. What's with the arrows on the links and even the Zodiac insignia on the clasp looks different. It seems like later Astros have a traditional hour and minute hand and only retain the red dot for the mystery aspect. I've seen others like this unless they're all "repaired" like this. Were they still making these in the 80's? Maybe this is under DIXI like Butch mentioned earlier.

There were later variations of the Astro with hands, but I think this one has had the disks replaced with hands along the way.
