Which Zodiac?

This watch belonged to my father.  He received it in 1976 for a sales service award.  We believe the band
was replaced years ago?  We are trying to figure out which Zodiac it may be and the approximate value of
it for estate purposes.    It only says Zodiac and Automatic on the front.  Has the calendar on side.  All 14K gold.

It is simply a Zodiac automatic dress watch from the 70's. May have a presentation back on it with engraving (that actually hurts the value). Yes, the band was replaced. Typical value of a 14K watch like that, IF recently serviced, is $2-300. But, if someone wanted to get it serviced and wear it, it would be a very nice family heirloom.
