If you do an image search for:

Omega Railmaster

You'll get what this dial may possibly have started life out as. Also, appears donor dial was to small for the case so Dr. Frankenstein added a chapter ring.

Butch, Cobber, thanks for the info.  I couldn't find anything similar to it in our catalogs last night and I just had to know.  The mad scientists out there can sure put together some crazy stuff!     ;D

That one's been kicking around for awhile. The chapter ring is the real identifier for me. I've never put it on my watch list so I don't know if the same person keeps putting it up for sale, multiple buyers remorse, or possibly like the jump hour from the recent past there's someone out there slapping these together.
