Seawolf bezel reattachment

Started by Jkmoore, January 30, 2016, 01:52:35 PM

I have a Seawolf with the ceramic bezel which used a spring in the bezel assembly. It has been challenging reattaching the bezel. Any suggestions.

Thanks
Jeff

I close the spring until you have to stretch it to get it in place, then get the bezel started at one side and work it around until in is hung up on as little of the spring as possible the using a knife go in under the bezel and push the spring in while pushing down on the bezel..it works for me

You can also try turning the bezel while you are pushing it down.  However, reattaching these bezels with acrylic insert/spring can seem nearly impossible on some of them
