How to remove Zodiac Seawolf movement from case

After wetting my whistle on the Zodiac Glorious I immediately went after a Seawolf. I managed to track one down on eBay and promptly set about dissecting it to give it a good clean, the only problem is that after navigating the tricky caseback (fixed with a clamp and the blade from a Leatherman Skeletool) i came to an unusual problem, how to remove the movement from the case.

Its fairly messy inside it due to the gasket falling to bits after the years but i couldn't seem to get the movement out, rather than use excess force i thought i would come to the forum to ask the best way to do this. Attached are the pictures of the inside of the movement along with the front of the dial incase this model has any unique issues with it. There are a couple of screws which could be fastening it in place but i'm not sure. I've looked through the service cats on this site as well and couldn't immediately see anything.

I will be eternally grateful if anyone could point me in the right direction.

Usually you need to do two things:
1. Remove winding stem (obviously you already did it);
2. Unscrew and remove two retaining shims (marked by red arrows below);

In addition to that I remove rotor as well. But it is up to you.
When above operations done, cover the watch with clean plastic film or piece of wood and turn it dial up. Put on the surface and lift the case. If there is no gummed dirt or melted gasket remnants, it should come off easily.

Aha, excellent, i thought it might be something like that but i didn't want to touch those bits as I thought they might connect directly to the dial or something.
