Geeze. No way it was recently serviced. Many other things to actively dislike but I see two missing screws visible in the movement. First a case screw corresponding with 1:00 on the dial (upper right in the photo) and second a not sure what it's called (bridge screw? setting screw?) at around 7:00 on the dial. What proper service would leave out a case screw? Less said about the dial the better.
