Alarm on Speed Dragon

Hi,
I am a new owner of a couple of Zodiac watches. One of the Watches is the Speed Dragon Alarm model number Z05504. I Purchased the Watch at a going out of business sale and the watch did not come with a manual. Can someone walk me through the steps or guide me in the direction on how to set the alarm as well as how you disengage the alarm?
