Here is something not seen a lot if you are looking to round out a collection for 50's models. It has a rarer red date ring, excellent condition, and a low serial number. I adore the hands and dial designs from that era.
I know, it is not a Sea Wolf though.
:woohoo; BUTCH, that IS nice, and like you i really like the dials/hands from that period of time. it IS refreshing to look at something different for a change. beautiful watch!!
This was surprising, it went for more than $200. Nice watch.

That is interesting. I've been seeing some other watch brands moving back towards more reasonable sizes. I can't help but wonder if this is going to cause more interest in this often overlooked segment of vintage Zodiacs. I believe I've seen this style dial on one of the current Hamton models. Also, the design of the hands is far from dead. There's at least one company, not mentionable here, that has reproduced these.
