Well, he did put it in quotations. He may be trying to get the attention of folks searching "panda chronograph", a common description for white on black Rolex Daytonas and other derivatives.
It does seem like one of the more reasonable "buy it now"s that I've seen for this watch. However, I'm curious how the bracelet actually looks. Seems the seller is purposely not showing how it integrates.

I did know that Rolex people have the inane desire to come up with names for all the models though. Thank Gawd Zodiac collectors do not have that same fatuous desire.
