This almost looks to good to be a modification but I've never seen an hour hand this shape.  Case, case back, bracelet all seem to be in amazing condition.  Am I missing something?

Holy cow, I've seen that a million times and never picked up on that.
Interesting, maybe I have seen this version before. If I had only seen the stainless one that Butch pointed out I would have made the assumption it was a mod. The gold one was in such nice condition though that it made me wonder.
