Forgetting the strange choice of works for this auction, I have never seen a bezel like this. I would presume this to be one that slipped through Quality Control, much like a double stamped coin. My guess is that the triangle stamp, which is deeper than the other markings on a bezel, was a separate step from stamping the minute markings on a bezel.

somebody has molested the back-it HAS been polished a lot--note the center brush finish is gone and lettering is "soft". i compared it with my unmolested SW i bought new. the bezel IS a mystery-looks original and lume in triangle looks factory.but,where are the other markers. i think you hit  the nail on the head, butch.it never got the second stamping and still made it through quality control. dial is acceptable but part of seawolf is scratched off. an unusal SW! i would assume the stamping was done prior to plating and the black and lume were the last step.
