LUM--yours IS correct and original, i have the exact same GMT. it is EARLY 60s with the thin hands and red arrow tip gmt hand. your red index mark  has been painted, it should be green lume. your bezel looks great, is it good and tight? if loose please be careful, if you loose it they are almost impossible to locate. mine was real loose and i had butches watch guy tighten it when he did a service.

 :o :o   butch, please tell us what shows the gmt for sale is the wrong case. it looks good to these untrained eyes,and the back is from an aerospace. really fooled me, please enlighten us, master !!

The pointed hand is from the early 60's and had a metal bezel. The enamel bezel is from the very late 60's and the hand went to the red squared off version by then.
