That is a 1990's model as evidence on ZodiacCatalogs.com. That was their entry level model, similar to Tag Heuer back then.

I bougt that model lately. But I have owned model ZO6904 for five years. I wear it every day, I like this watch. I know it is not automatic, maybe I buy something in future.

Why is there logo Jaguar and not Zodiac on the watch face? Is it special edition for Jaguar cars advertisment?

Historically, Zodiac was always willing to make promotional watch with company logos on them.
