I have been watching this for a year now. Note that while the case is marked chronometre, the dial and movement are not. Now I am no expert on pocket watches, but I thought even in them the movement was marked chronmetre when it was one.

Ha!  I had not seen that one before because I dont search pocketwatches, but that is definitely not a Chronometer grade movement.  The whole watch might bring $40 here, due to the silver content of the case.  They would probably just pull the movement out and throw it in a box with 100 other PW movements, because it is essentially just good for parts (and not original to the case anyways).
