First thing I noticed is the hands and (the missing) af a bezel...

It is, kinda sorta. The hovering disk hands have been changed out with wrong hands. The crystal with the decals under it has been changed out for regular mineral glass.

The unasked question: This is only good for parts and worth about $25-35 if the movement is good.
