thoughts? minute and hour hands look different?

could be mistaken but ?????

??? i dont ever remember seeing gmt hands like this, the colored tips dont look right. may be later SW hands. i have 2 different gmts, neither like this. one of mine is an older--early 60s--- one with skinny hands plus a red arrow tip gmt hand. i am going to look in the gallery right now.
