To my knowledge, this model never came with these hands. BUT, judging by the condition of these hands I am thinking the original owner had them changes out a long time ago during a service, probably at the jewelers he bought it from. Just a guess.

More than likely older replacement, as time went on these were harder to get so they have probably been on there quite a while.
