Ha! It took me a minute. That is a Sea Skate with a SW dial on it.

Yes, I realized that it is a Sea Scate. I can't understand about its minute hand. Never saw before. It has matching color and style like usual one. But is too narrow.

Probably mangled up the original when replacing the dial.

Also, lum on the dial doesn't look correct.. too green...no patina??? Franken maybe ???
