After several decades, we finally opened family safe and this was still ticking. ID number on back is 1142084. Wrist band has "Speidel patent 2.689.450" Made 1960-1969. 

Reis-Nichols (Greenwood, IN) jeweler was fascinated by this unique piece stating he'd never seen a Zodiac like this & after taking a peek inside, that it is authentic. However, he also said it needs a new main spring. Still has the original crystal. There are two buttons on each side of the case for setting day /date & calendar. Be very cautious about winding because oil mostly dry. Asking $999.  Prefer Paypal.
