Perhaps it was just a non-paying bidder scared off the bids and bad luck for the seller? That's a huge price difference. 28 bids round 1, vs only 15 round 2. Lotta bidders got scared off for some reason. Maybe by the price. First auction gavel drop was too rich, and second was about fair market.
