Hello folks,
I've been trying to identify this Zodiac watch: https://imgur.com/a/CntARef. I got it from my late grandfather, who wore it for more than 30 years, I believe.
I can't find any reference number on it, and my knowledge of Zodiac watches is very limited.
Hope you guys can help me out!
Nobody who can help me? :(
That is a 1970's Zodiac dress watch. The case number is inside the back and the serial number is between the lugs under the 6.
I would presume most here were spending the holiday weekend with the families.
Thanks for the answer, Butch.
Do you know why there isn't much information on it? It's not even in the gallery. I can't see the serial number, though—maybe it's just worn off.
And I feel like the case is so much different than when I google 1970's zodiacs dresswatches, or I am missing something?
They did make a lot of models over the years, that is simply one of the many dress watches (as opposed to sport watches or chronographs) and most did not have a special name.

One of the things I found helpful is to get a subscription to the catalogs, manuals and vintage advertisements page (links here somewhere on main page) and then scroll through the different catalogs till you see ones that are close to the one you have. May find they were offered for several years with some variations. Done this for the watches I'm been acquiring the last year and it provides great info and even orig pricelists. Yuri also has some excellent books out so I's check them as well!
