Title: SEA WOLF odd hands

 ??? check out ##350415560406. are those EARLY 60s hands on a late 60s watch? kinda look like they could be sea skate hands. bezel looks real good but case is really pitted on back and dial looks water damaged.  hands dont move when it runs, just like my white dial when i got it, only second hand worked on mine. can you say cannon pinion !
