Title: Sea Wolf returns from BWG
Post by: SVOLF on January 16, 2011, 04:33:09 PM
I just received my Sea Wolf SST from BWG. I'm pleased with his professionalism and results. Along with a cleaning, the service required a new tension ring acrylic crystal, new drive wheel (offset canon pinion) and repair to the inner rotating disc.

So far the old Sea Wolf works beautifully. When this watch was new, about 40 years ago, it looked in-your-face big, bold and futuristic. Its design, I think, has done well in not looking dated.

Thanks BWG for the excellent work.

Looks great!  That particular model of Seawolf was always one of my favorites.

Thanks! There's another recessed crown between the 1 and 2. I'm guessing sometime in the past it was accidentally pulled and broken. It required repair, and now works fine.

I really like that model.  I think they call the case style coffin?

Wow, what a great looking watch.  I love to think that the Zodiac watches of the 60's, 70's and 80's have better styling than a lot of today's watches.
