That is a shame, would have been a cool looking watch originally.  Someone overseas must really like that style of redial (single main color with the bright white wide minute track), because if you look on the Bay right now, they have used that same exact style to do redials for vintage watches of atleast 4 other brands that I have seen so far.  All of them are coming out of the UK and India.

ultra, i also have noticed a lot of these non original dial colors/styles from india. bright colors seem to be very "popular"----LOL. it hurts to see these messed up like this, i just wonder if the original dials were really in bad shape?
