e bay ##140523962495  what is a zodiac chronometer?? i hope this is not a dumb ???. i couldnt find one in our gallery--is it a special model? nice looking watch, nothing spectacular but clean/simple. of course the box/papers make it nicer! any one got any feedback? is it a special movement and would it have any value in a small zodiac collection?

no, not a dumb question at all. And yes, there are watches by Zodiac, that are certified as chronometers. Chronometers must meet very strict regulations as to running very precise under different circumstances (see wikipedia entry http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chronometer_watch (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chronometer_watch)  ).

The photos of the watch on ebay are very bad, I can't see which model it might be, but I can say that the "Kingline" range, or at least some watches in that series, are chronometers. I have one in my collection, see picture of my collection here ...
