What is the deal with Custom Zodiacs?
« on: January 25, 2011, 03:37:42 PM »
I see from time to time on the bay, a vintage Zodiac watch that says "Custom" on the dial.

Anyone know if that was just one style called "Custom" or if this applied to other variations and for what reason
was this used?

Just a model name for a dress watch, like Olympos, Hermetic, etc. Nothing special about it. Pretty good marketing ploy.

I've seen some nice looking Customs with cool earth-tone dials...buy one and let us know what you think ;D
