hi my frist post  got this zodiac astrodigit sst on a trade last week,i am into most 70s watches .well when i got in my hand i had a look on the net for some info on the watch,looks like the guy i got from got it off the ebay i think  this was the item number 40894749718 as its the same watch.from what i can see the dial may have a disc with a red dot missing & the barcelet i think is not the original one ? ,not sure if  the watch has been made up or if its right just not got all the parts in sould have .also not sure if the crown is original no logo .any help you can give me with this watch .thank you very much woody77.

A version of that watch is shown in the 1975 catalog. That is original and so is the band. You are correct though, the seconds disk with the red ball has been taken out of that watch. The crown has been replaced with an after market one.

hi  butch thank you for your help, is this a hard to find watch  as i could not find any others on the net or bay may be one photo of a watch in g images , is it worth me trying to get the crown and disk for the watch? i had a good look on the net but can not find any on there .it sold for what i think is a lot of money like this about £280 + p+p.i  have a lot 70s watches but not one like this  so would like to put it right if its its not going to cost the earth.the guy who sold to to my mate that i did a trade with said it had  a sevice but still a bit slow but if i get the new bits then that could be done at the same time.by way a very good forum you have set up here ,i have seen some very nice watches on here .thank you very much for any more help you can give me .if you had a photo of the add i like to see it very much.
